The Highland Business Association is committed to promoting, representing and supporting the Highland Park Business Community. We advocate for the success of our members by ensuring that Highland Park is a vibrant place to live, shop and do business.

 

The Highland Business Association (HBA) was chartered in 1953 and has promoted business, trade, and civic leadership ever since. The HBA is led by an energetic board of directors and has taken an active role in creating commerce and helping to develop the Highland Village and its surrounding business districts. Formed by local business owners, the HBA continues to work with local property owners and the City of Saint Paul to keep the Highland Village a thriving place to work and live.
